One little bug tho is that if you exit the journal by right clicking, pressing the esc key, or pressing the start button on controller it closes but the notification is still there.
in the future, if you click on the 'more information' tab right above the download button and look at the tags, you'll be able to see (as the name suggests) more info about the game. major aspects such as genre, setting, and inclusion of lgbtq characters/story aspects will most often be listed there, and never again will you need to worry about guessing such details on your own.
however, not all of the games featuring the 'lgbtq' tag will feature a majority/entirety of queer characters or story-lines: sometimes it may just be one or two side characters in a game who bring minor but notable representation of the community. but, more often than not, games with tags related to lgbtq topics will be heavily (if not exclusively) populated by non-heterosexual or non-cisgender characters, and the creators will consequently base their plot in queer experiences
Nah. I mean, it has some pretty macabre themes in it... but in a way it's analogous to how the absurd amount of violence in the Kill Bill movies makes you numb to it, I guess?
It's pretty fucky, lots of trauma, dark themes, violence, horror, mental bullshit. If you're weak to those don't read it, if you want to read it my only suggestion is do not start with leo's route (the split for the routes it quite obvious it lists all the characters at once)
It's not, development of Chapter 3 is well underway. Early builds just take longer because there are so many art assets to acquire that it adds to the development time. Chapter 3 will be the last of are core sprites for a while, so we should be able to shorten time between releases. But I will always prioritize quality over speed. -Truffle
im honestly blown away by this, and it only on chapter 2!!! throughout my play, ive been endlessly commenting on the music and the sound design, both really elevated the experience more than i can say about most vns ive played (which admittedly isnt a lot but still, it was phenomenal!!) the writing was super realistic, i found myself blown away by the accurate representation of the culture shock and the trauma of growing up in such an environment, and honestly i would recommend this to anyone!! and ofc cant forget about the art, which i thought was super duper cute!! love haps' art a lot! :D
I was skeptical about picking up this VN just cause its still fairly new... I glad I did though, Its really Next level when it comes to Sound Design and Imagery.. I cant wait for more of it.

I know some people are saying horror but this update felt much more like a Poe-esque gothic romance. Melancholy with spooky elements. (Which is like a whole ass vibe so I am HERE for it.)

There will be optional side stories coming with time that will spend more dedicated time with other characters.
